Comments from clients

In  response to my question about abbreviations used in the text: ‘No, not at all Jenny, only too glad that you’re thinking about it :-)’

In response to my question about a translation for an app, with almost no context: ‘De klant was blij met je opmerking.

From a colleague revising translations for a book for which several translators had each worked on individual chapters:
Revisor: Was it you who did the best bit? I know it was a SENSE person and I can’t remember who.
Jenny: I don’t know, I only did one chapter!
Revisor: Then it was you. It was the only chapter that didn’t need tweaking.

Client’s reaction on taking delivery of a a blog translation: You’ve turned this into a fantastic text, thank you very much!
